Pro Surfer Winning Surfboard #5

The big South African Jordy Smith rode this winning Pixel Surfboard at the 2016 Hurley Pro Trestles. Jordy proved in 3-4 ft wave that his rail and power game can be no match for an aerialist approach. The classic lighting bolt on a black base Al Merrick “GiRabbit” model Channel Islands board, is one for the ages. On his way to taking the trophy, Jordy dispatched of elite surfers such as Brett Simpson, Kelly Slater, Filipe Toledo and Joel Parkinson.
